I believe that Alex code for the TURN server and client code is
available at:
svn://svn.minisip.org/minisip/branches/nattraversal

On the client side, he implemented a "TURN socket". It acted just like
any other socket except that
 - If you asked for IP address and port it gave the "mapped address" on
the turn server
 - It tunneled all data to the TURN server.

Some more work can be done to implement the ICE framework, and make the
trunk version use it.
