IPSec support

Any one against removing IPSEC support from "trunk"?

IPSec was added to test it as an anternative to MIKEY/SRTP. Our
experience was that using MIKEY/SRTP was a better choice (a report on it
is available in the publications section of www.minisip.org). The IPSEC
code is not maintained by any one, and therefore we can not really say
that we support it any longer. It will always be available from the
subversion repository. All the "#ifdef IPSEC_SUPPORT" here and there in
the code are ugly.

If I hear of no objections, I'll remove IPSEC support from trunk.
