Clarification: I'll leave Joachims enhancements to MIKEY that was used
to replace IKE (key negotiation). Only the code in libminisip will be
touched.
The MIKEY enhancements are quite light weight, and platform independent.
Then things in libminisip only work under linux, and there are still
issues (described in his report).
