Problem with media when using a refer to establish a call

Hello,

This is with r2953:
( couldn't try with a later version as minisip.org seems to be down )

Here is the scenario I have :

Minisip 810 and 850 are registered to an openser proxy.
The proxy invites minisip, and then asks him to refer to 850.
The proxy then sends BYE.

810 then calls 850.
PROBLEM 1 : 810 can hear 850, 850 can't hear 810.
( as you can see in dump, there's no RTP flow between 810 and 850 )

PROBLEM 2 : after a while in this scenario 810 Hangsup,
but still receives sound from 850.
If it's 850 that hangs up then it's ok .
(have no trace that shows it because no BYE is sent .. )

( See the attached network trace )
192.168.92.54 - 850 at sbcsipsophia is a minisip agent
192.168.92.23 - 810 at sbcsipsophia is a minisip agent
192.168.92.1 - is the openser proxy
