Some fixes for minisip with respect to SRTP,
RTP extensione headers and so on

Cesc,
the changes I made in AES-CTR are necessary to be compliant to SRTP at all.
I haven't touched MIKEY stuff. I even reuse MIKEY stuff to setup and parameterize
the Crypto Context. However, I will cross check with respect to MIKEY.
As for the message router: I need the direction Media-to-GUI because the complete
ZRTP setup is handled in the media part. During this setup the ZRTP needs to inform
the user about the SAS (Short Authentication String) and the status of the session.
Regards,
Werner
