If you managed to build it but not execute ... may be various things.
- you compiled the minisip textui? i am not so sure that wince offers
a text gui interface ...
- the gtk gui will not work ... GTK is not ported to wince ...
- if you just want to run some test or so ... maybe minisip is trying
to load the configuration file ... i think that version looks for
c:/$(minisip_exec_path) (the root folder ... )
- also, you need in $(minisip_exec_path)/share/minisip the files in
the minisip/share
folder from the repository.

In any case, we are not really supporting those port anymore ... they
were a test and too much changed as to be able to provide backports of
commits.
Now, when we have the next stable release, we'll port again ... and
this time we'll try to make a full port (gui included! :D ).
