Install MiniSIP in linux ( compile error )

Hi, I probe your soft in windows, and work ok, but in linux I can't compile

not compile: libmcrypto, minisip
I install libglademm and minisip say that not found libglademm
I use SlackWare 10.2 Linux
can you help me ?
