Problem minisip and tcp with an openser proxy

The capture file is damaged. Maybe because it was encoded as 
quoted-printable. Could you try to resend a (gzip/zip) compressed 
version of the file. It will hopefully force Microsoft Outlook to use 
base64 transfer encoding instead.
