I found out a windows port on this link: 
http://www.network-research.org/udns.html. It is outdated, but it should 
be no problem getting the latest source files and creating an ARM dll 
binary for the pocket pc, using the project settings from the previous 
port. I will start working on it and update the ppcgui branch when 
necessary,
