libzrtpcpp has been released by the GNU Telephony project as an 
extension to ccRTP. Most files are common to minisip libzrtpcpp, 
including that pc-file, I assume. Hopefully the same libzrtpcpp library 
will be usable with both ccrtp and minisip in the future, since two 
different libraries named libzrtpcpp will be very confusing.
