Problems with svn - help plase

Erik,

tried again. I did even a complete new checkout to add "libzrtp".
When trying to add  file svn complains that I have to set some
properties. I did as proposes (svn propset ....) then try to commit
again. After the messages "upload ....." the process hangs. I have
to kill it. After that the whole svn doesn't work correctly any more.

I use the following path: svn://svn.minisip.org/minisip/trunk to
perform the checkout.
