PPC SP client

Hi,

Indeed some time ago (a few months) we got a clean compilation of the
libraries (that is, the core) of minisip. But time went by and the
code has changed a bit. I am still interested in the port ... maybe we
can work it together.
Some other people managed to build on visual studio ... it may be less
complicated, as the resources are more complete. Would it also be ok?
