How to configure minisip with Yxa ?

I have installed Yxa on breakevilaxis.org and ddint.org. The ddint.org
is a gateway for my home computer networks.
I have a XP computer at home behind this gateway.
Do I have to install Yxa on my XP Windows?
Do I have to install minisip on ddint.org ?
Breakevilaxis.org is a site outside with external IP 66.29.75.20 and
both breakevilaxis.org and ddint.org are resolvable by a DNS.
When minisip ask a sip proxy. I cannot understand. Do I have to
install another sip proxy on my XP computer in order to make minisip
to work or the sip proxy could be a Yxa sip server on ddint.org or
breakevilaxis.org.
