How to configure minisip with Yxa ?

No, I haven't, I'm using Yxa on Debian testing/unstable.

You don't need a sip proxy on your XP computer. But as usual with SIP 
and other protocols that use multiple sockets, you may experience 
problems if you are behind a NAT-router. Yxa has an outgoingproxy 
application that may be usefull and/or try stun in minisip.
