Minisip for Cygwin ?

Hi,
Cygwin is a Unix interface on Windows. It is the easiest way to make
Unix program on Windows. Is there any body working on Cygwin?

If get rid of the Gui, it should be easy to compile minisip on Cygwin.
I think it is more important to make a workable than to make a
good-looking application.

If any body would help to make a useful application without Gui that
will be great.
