Porting to visual studio...

Hi Cesc,

I would like to know if I could commit my code in VC++ 2005, even though I 
still could not compile libminisip yet, but the rest of libs/dlls all 
compile successfully. I have tried my best to minimize the code change in 
VC++ 2005 in the hope to minimize the platform dependence. As Visual Studio 
2005 Express is now free, I am hoping that more developers could join in the 
Windows development and in the meantime we could resolve the rest of 
problems for compiling libminisip sooner.
