a symmetric NAT

I downloaded the TURN source codes from this organization, modified it, 
encapsulated it, and used it for our VoIP project. And now the SIP 
signaling and RTP stream can traverse a NAT through the TURN server.But I 
need a "symmetric" NAT for testing to show the speciality of TURN. I surfed 
the internet for such a software but got none. Could you give me some help? 
How do you test TURN?
