New subversion account: skminh

[Erik Eliasson]

A new subversion account has been creaetd for Minh Nguyen. He has
expressed interest in contributing to the Windows Mobile port of
Minisip.  Athanasios ("athkar") who resently completed his masters
thesis that included a demonstration of minisip of Windows Mobile will
also work on making the trunk version of minisip running on this
platform.
