Yes, it would be nice if Minisip supported speex 16 kHz (wb) and 32 kHz 
(uwb). I have looked in the sources and 8 kHz is hard coded in a number 
of places.

Twinkle already supports speex wb and uwb and can be used in 
interoperability tests.
