If I remember correctly there is some documentation (I am not aware of how
much it covers though, or when it was written/updated). There is also an
API specification, at least for the classes in libminisip. You can
generate the html files using the script build_documentation. The script
uses doxygen (http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/), to render the pages
properly.
