Hi,
Possible it is, now, the problem with such codecs is that you need a
licence, right?
In most phones, the ones you buy, the "maker" has already paid for the
license, that's why he ships it with no problem.
But we don't have such license and I don't know how would it play to
have the code integrated without it.
Other options you have is to use minisip with other low-bandwidth
codecs, such as Speex, ILBC or GSM. They are license free and you
would avoid the trouble of implementing a new codec, and instead help
test these other ones ...
