minisip installation

Dear all,

I am trying to install minisip, but when i make
./bootstrap on the "libmutil" i get the following
error:

error: possibly undefined macro: AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR
      If this token and others are legitimate, please
use m4_pattern_allow.
      See the Autoconf documentation.
configure.ac:27: error: possibly undefined macro:
AS_HELP_STRING

Can anyome help me fix this error?
