New developer, Mikael Svensson, mikaelsv

[Erik Eliasson]

I have created an account for a new developer, Mikael Svensson, with
username mikaelsv. He is working with me on enhancements to what PKI
models can be used by minisip.

I expect the contributions from his masters thesis to include 
work on certificate lookup and certificate path construction 
and verification, and the initial contribution will probably 
be in libmcrypto.
