building for 770?

I'm trying to find the build directions for the Nokia 770 and while
there are some forum messages I can't seem to find a complete set of
directions.  The webpage says to check the Documentation in SVN, but I
checked out the code but I can't find any documentation.

Can anyone provide the basic directions / patches needed to build
minisip for this platform?
