accessing svn://svn.minisip.org/minisip/

Hi,
I am trying to access the repository at svn://svn.minisip.org/minisip/  
to download the source code but I cant access it. It asks for  
authentication username and password. I didnt find a link on  
minisip.org to register for that! can someone please help? I tried to  
access the svn using rapidSVN and Tortoise.
