about the functions in XRVoiPReportBlock.cxx

I'm testing some aspects about the QoS of minisip, and during my studies I
found this file that reports many interesting things about the packet loss
rate and etc. What I want to know is how can I use these functions and where
I must call them to visualise the parameters that I'm interested like
loss_rate, discard_rate, etc?
