lib64 fixes

Hi,
I'm a developer for Mandriva Linux.
We are currently shipping an old release of minisip, and I'm trying to 
update it to a current svn checkout.

libmikey is building fine on i586, but fails on x86_64.  The output is here:

If anyone could look into this, I'd really appreciate the help, as I'm 
not that knowledgeable in C/C++.
