Compile error

Hello all:
      I just want to compile minisip on SUSE9.1 OS as a beginer, but I found
the following error when I run "./bootstrap" in libminisip and minisip
directory:(other libs' diretory is correct)
In minisip:
configure.ac:48:error: possibly undefined macro:AC_MSG_ERRO
if this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow. See
the Autoconf documentation.
configure.ac:96:error: possibly undefined macro: AC_DEFINE
In libminisip is the same error.

Anyone one can help?
