where to download minisip from

Hi,
I don't know where to download minisip from, neither the Linux version nor 
the Linux Familiar one. Because the page 
http://www.minisip.org/ipkg/release/ is not active
I've tried to download the svn version from 
svn://svn.minisip.org/minisip/trunk, but it asks me for a username and 
password.
