Segmentationfault libmutil (Without PGP)

 Ever since svn-2708 the compiler no longer complains if you don't have a
sound system configured. And the defaults in build.conf don't configure a
sound system...

You probably want the following line in build.d/build.local:

set_configure_param('libminisip',alsa => 1);
