Well, I mailed everything I have in

If you really want, I could .tar.gz my minisip directory. But it would be 
better if you could check if my howto really works, giving me the chance to 
improve it.

The resulting minisip is a little bit unstable, it tends to crash when 
changing the preferences, but it works more or less except the sound*. So the 
thing most desperately needed is an esd backend...

* I managed to get sound out of the meamo envireonment with the 
FileSoundDevice, a fifo queue and a gstreamer pipeline. However the 
microphone did not work, so I never tested it on a Nokia.
