Support for Nokia 770/maemo 2.0

All steps in order:
- Replace the pkg-config provided by scratchbox
- Get and compile libglademm-2.4
- Apply the "patches" for minisip
- build minisip

I'll write a doc after I verified that the resulting binary does indeed run on 
a Nokia 770. (This won't be before next week)

I didn't try to build a package yet, will do this next week.

I don't own that Nokia, too; I can only use it at my University, so I may not 
be the right person for supporting this for the next 10 years. But I will 
have access to it for the next months, so I can build some "release" 
binaries, document the packaging process and do some testing.
