Support for Nokia 770/maemo 2.0

Hi,

It all sounds good.
There is no hurry in getting the howto + testing + package ... It is
good enough that when you are confident that it works and have done
some test calls, then you can start the above documentation and
packaging.
As for the duration of your support, any amount of time is very much welcome!
