Implementation of "501 Not Implemented"

Hi there,

I have the following issue, when using MiniSIP with Asterisk.

Asterisk sends, at regular intervals, SIP NOTIFY messages, for the purpose
of notifying the user agent about messages in the user's mailbox.

MiniSIP doesn't support the request, but doesn't answer anything. This
means Asterisk considers the message as lost and start re-transmitting,
which is useless and consumes resources.

In theory, in these sorts of circumstances, the user agent is supposed to
send back a "501 Not Implemented" type of response.

Is there any chance to see this supported?
