TLS with SSL 3.0 Support

SSL 2.0 has been disabled in libmnetutil since revision 1243 (using 
OpenSSL option SSL_OP_NO_SSLv2), and minisip seems to connect sucessfull 
to gnutls-server which only supports SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0, and not SSL 
2.0 at all.
