Ubuntu packages

Hello Mikael, thank you very much for your repository. Unfortunately
leaving the preferences of Minisip causes two messages "AudioCodec not
found name: speex" and "AudioCodec not found name: GSM". Also installing
some speex resp. GSM libraries did not help. Any idea? Also: does
minisip support the ilbc codec? At least it ist not listet in the codec
list.
