Hi Markus,
the GSM and Speex codecs plugins are located in the minisip-plugins 
package, but it should be possible to use the G.711 codec in minisip 
without installing minisip-plugins.

The GConf and video plugins are also available in separate packages 
called minisip-gconf and minisip-video.

I haven't created any Debian/Ubuntu package for the iLBC codec, since I 
think the iLBC license is non-free.
