minisip trunk build error

oops, my bad.
Actually, i reported this error yesterday ...
what linux you run? i had the error with debian stable ...
In debian testing, everything is fine ... it is due to minisip
requiring libltdl, and this library being in some other place in
stable and testing ...

Mikael, can you take a look at it, please?
