Eek. I am just a code monkey, and I haven't been swinging my way through
minisip's jungle of code long enough to answer your question.
Others will have to answer, or you will just need to dig in and try to
figure it out for yourself. If you are planning to follow the mainline
development, your should probably subscribe to the -devel mailing list
and ask this there.

Also, I noticed your character encoding... would you be interested in
helping with translating? ;) That's a project that I want to see fully
done before we reach 1.0, so I might as well start recruiting now....
