libmikey generates mikey packets, which are later used by libmsip and libminisip to key SRTP streams.
The Mikey packet is placed inside sdp (end-to-end negotiation).

Thanks very much.
Another thing i want to know is the relationship between a mikey payload and
a sip message, how the mikey lib is used in minisip? I also want to use the
mikey to exchange key for srtp ,but i am not clear about how to integrate
the mikey payload to sip---in sdp, with a mime message body?

If that is TortiseCVS, then I am not surprised. Try TortiseSVN.
Cheers,
