Could not find libmcrypto

i now upgraded to version

as result, build failed due to missing libmcrypto.  last week's build
went ok so i guess libmcrypto check was added very recently.

looks like i'll need to give up now.  i'll check minisip again after
next debian stable comes out at the end of the year or so. i haven't
found libmcrypto library in debian stable.

this morning when build still worked on debian stable, i also noticed
that any preference changes using GUI resulted in crash.
