Could not find libmcrypto

i noticed that there now is in build.d/dist/debian/ script dist.conf.
its aclocal path is wrong.  it should be /usr/share/aclocal/$i.m4
instead of /usr/local/share/aclocal/$i.m4.  still build stop with error:
