Minisip project announcement

The Minisip contributors are trying to push the project forward. We are
working on what is going to be project's goals, internal project
organization and future plans. By the end of the week (26th May) we
shall have a draft, which will be open to comments by the whole user and
developer community. We feel strongly that the rather loose structure up
to now has served its purpose well, but that it can be improved by
applying more formal processes, while sticking to the current
personality: an edge platform to allow the implementation of secure
communications using open standards.
