PB Minisip installation on pocket pc

Hi, 

I try to install from svn minisip on pocket pc.

I use svn documentation (on ppcgui/documentation) and binaries for installation. 

After installation when I click on minisip.exe, I have the message on pocket console :

init->NetUtil : No error
init->phoneConf : No error
init->contactDb : No error

Nevertheless when I click on MiniSIP CE.exe, nothing happened !
