What's the way to compile minisip for windows xp ?

Do you have problems using the minisip windows installer or compiling 
minisip for windows yourself?

The installer is available on the download page: 
http://www.minisip.org/download.html#WindowsXP

If you wan't to build I recommend you use the mingw32 cross-compiler on 
Linux. Refer to the following document on svn.
