LAN calls with Minisip

mmm ... last time i tried, minisip needs a proxy server ... now, maybe
it changed lately (guys?)
The trick, if you just want to test point to point .... is to set the
remote endpoint as proxy server ... as set, a dirty trick, not
recommended
