SSL: connect failed ..Please help

Dear Mikhael,

Thank you very much for your suggestion.

I have tried the suggestion that you said before, but I still got 

the same error message.

I use minisip in Windows XP (I got it from minisip.org/download)

Would you mind tell me what shoiuld I do else, Please?

You could try different values of tls_method in openser.cfg    tls_method = TLSv1    Mikael
