Building for maemo

Thanks for responding, but I already knew that.  How do I get them?
They aren't in any repositories scratchbox comes with, and I'm hoping
I don't have to port all of the deps myself,
libparse-debianchangelog-perl has a lot of deps.

I'm looking for specific instructions for maemo here, since you guys
must have set up a build env in maemo at some point, and thus know how
to do it better than I do.  I don't want to reinvent the wheel if I
don't have to.
