PPC SP client

Hi,

I want to build a smartphone pocket pc sip client. It is written on the site
that it is ready for EVC but the client is not ready. I wonder if someone
can get me the EVC build for minisip and I shall make a client application
for PPC and SP and upload it as open source on the web site
