Installing minisip

HI,
I am trying to install minisip on Fedora core.
I tried to install from the package in svn://svn.minisip.org/minisip/branches/stable
and from svn://svn.minisip.org/minisip/trunk
tried to build and install all packages manually, or using the automating files

but in all cases in some stage I get some errors.
I would also add that there is no packge called *libminisip* in svn://svn.minisip.org/minisip/branches/stable

Any recommendations plz. I need it for my thesis project.
